It is with great pleasure that I bring to your attention Ms. Delmi Quijano, sales agent, in your office. In my real estate investment endeavors throughout my life, I have never had the privilege as I did with Ms. Quijano to work with such a professional. I knew immediately from her first introduction that she would be successful and I personally felt that it was a privilege for me to have her represent us in the sale of our home.
Realtors in the past have set themselves out as professionals, but none have displayed the tenacity and dedication that Ms Quijano exhibited in her approach to sell our home. Her marketing approach was clever and creative which allowed us to secure the best possible price in a finicky housing market. She is a downright genius!! From our first meeting through to the final closing Ms. Quijano was an eminent and dedicated professional in her conduct and performance in executing the sale. Ms. Quijano negotiated obstacles with zeal and determination which at times appeared to be impossible to overcome. This transaction was not your average real estate sale, but involved the challenge of a 1031 property exchange. Ms. Quijano stepped forward and enthusiastically embraced the concept.
Ms. Constantine, I would encourage you to endorse/promote Ms. Quijano as a benchmark by which all others should gauge their performance in the conduct of their profession. To aspire to her level of professionalism would set one apart from a crowded field of average. | I have been very impressed with Ms. Delmi Quijano, sales agent, since I first talked with her on the telephone around February 2013. I had seen a house on Zillow.com that she has listed near our neighborhood in Palmdale. It was priced higher than the other house in the area and I wanted to know her philosophy. She explained how she marketed outside of the area and that house that I was referring to was under contract. This was quite refreshing compared to the realtors around here, New Jersey, that only look at past sales in a rising market. Despite our neighbor in Palmdale recommending another realtor, I asked Dennis, my husband, to contact Ms. Delmi Quijano. We live in New Jersey and did not know any realtors in Palmdale. After Dennis interviewed the other realtor and he told me of the night and day difference between Ms. Quijano and the other realtor, we hired Ms. Quijano without hesitation. She immediately took our project in hand like it was her own. She recommended what we should and should not do. Dennis went a little overboard on a few things, but mainly stayed the course. Ms. Delmi Quijano even recommended that we replace the front door and told Dennis what light to buy for the entry to give the house that extra appeal when prospective buyers entered the house. We are totally grateful for all of her recommendations. Ms. Quijano took the extra effort to get a landscaper in to add that extra finishing touch after Dennis came back to New Jersey. I don’t know of one realtor here that would do 10% of what Ms. Quijano has done for our sale. Ms. Delmi Quijano found a buyer right away at full asking price. Handled the 1031 exchange issues without a glitch and even postponed the closing to give us the best advantage to make the exchange work. Now I will admit that I am an architect. I have worked with and have known a lot of realtors in New Jersey and several other states. We are presently trying to sell our house in New Jersey. The difference in the two experiences has been like night and day even though we are using two top realtors. I have known one of the realtors for over 25 years. Ms. Quijano told us what the future market was going to be like. She told us approximately what our closing costs were going to be. She told us how and what to improve to get the best price for the money. And, it seems, due to her efforts the price that the Palmdale house sold was the highest in the area at the height of the last year’s market. We are not getting of these services from our realtors in New Jersey. I have never personally met Ms. Quijano. I have talked to her on the telephone several times. I would be willing to recommend her to anyone as a professional realtor, for her willingness and ability to provide the service for all aspects of the Realty Sales Process.
